The Vcentra team, working on the
Department of Justice Law Enfordement Information Sharing Program
(LEISP) has deployed the cloud-based SaaS Box.com as a major
modernization technology Department-wide. The implementation
of Box.com is called Justice Enterprise File Sharing (JEFS) and is
available to all USDOJ components. Vcentra designed the
architecture and supports the DOJ implementation Department-wide

The General Services Administration (GSA) of the United States
Federal Government has awarded a GSA Schedule Contract extension to
Vcentra, LLC. Vcentra delivers IT infrastructure technologies and
services to Federal Government agencies. This includes delivering
solutions that exploit cloud computing and enterprise-class
virtualization, following ITIL best practices. This award adds an
additional 5 years to the contract term, making it
easier for Federal, state and local U.S. governments to gain access
to premier services provided by Vcentra.
A GSA Schedule is a
pre-negotiated contract with the GSA which permits all government
agencies to purchase commercial services and products at
pre-negotiated pricing for a given period of time. Award of a
Schedule contract signifies that the GSA has determined that the
vendor's pricing is fair and reasonable and the vendor is in
compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Vendors must
undergo a rigorous application process, including the negotiation of
fair and reasonable prices, to win a GSA Schedule contract.

perform system modernization for the US Department of Justice Law

The U.S. Library of Congress
Copyright Office has awarded Vcentra, LLC a 5-year IDIQ contract to
provide IT architecture and analysis services. As part of the IDIQ
Vcentra could be called upon to provide business analysis service to help define
requirements for a line of business application along with
continuous improvement services to ensure optimal application
performance. Additionally Vcentra will provide enterprise
architect services to help the Copyright Office design, test,
implement and maintain a secure infrastructure in an Infrastructure
as a Service (IaaS) Cloud Environment. Vcentra will be working
under the Director of Information Technology and the Register of

to provide system architecture/infrastructure strategy for a modernized
statements of account system. The Copyright Office has
undertaken the re-engineering of the Licensing Division to achieve a
more-timely processing of royalty statements of account, to enable
the division to better manage its royalty investment accounts, to
make statements of account and other records available for public
inspection more quickly, and to better control costs for those who
participate in the statutory licensing system. The Library evaluated
and selected a COTS vendor for software integration/deployment and

Virtualization Contract with DOJ JMD/SDS

Vcentra has been awarded a contract to
perform application hosting migration and virtualization services
for the US Department of Justice Justice Management Division,
Systems Development Staff. As the architects of the DOJ
Enterprise Systems Hosting Platform (ESHP), Vcentra senior
architects and engineers were chosen to continue the work of
enhancing the environment for new services and capabilities.

for the US Department of Justice National Security Division.
The NSD was created by the USA PATRIOT Act in March 2006, and merges
the primary national security elements of the Department of Justice.

Modernization Contract with DOJ JABS

Booking System. The project will consolidate the IT

will also enhance the infrastructure to prepare for service-oriented
