After deploying
large enterprise datacenter solutions for more than 20 years,
serving as vice presidents and enterprise thought leaders, the
founders of Vcentra realized that modern datacenters must deploy
virtualization technologies to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
Vcentra was created by these two longtime colleagues who saw the
need for a team specializing in cloud computing technologies for
large enterprises.
Pete DesRoches
Pete DesRoches is a datacenter
architect overseeing the technical aspects of IT architecture,
infrastructure, and complex enterprise hosting environments. After
more than twenty years of IT experience covering a broad spectrum of
technologies, Mr. DesRoches co-founded Vcentra.
Co-author of international standards, Mr. DesRoches specializes
in the areas of IT architecture, virtualization, public key
infrastructure, IT security, and network
design/implementation/management. Mr. DesRoches has presented
to technical audiences in Marbella, Spain; Rome, Italy, Geneva,
Switzerland; Palm Springs, California; Orlando, Florida.
John Godman
John Godman is an accomplished systems
architect and software development manager who co-founded Vcentra
after over 20 years of experience in development, integration, and
deployment. Mr. Godman has performed architecture, design and
deployment of high availability, high performance infrastructure and
virtualization technology for numerous large enterprise clients in
the USA and abroad.
Co-author of international standards, Mr. Godman has presented to
technical audiences in Marbella, Spain; Geneva, Switzerland; Palm
Springs, California; Orlando, Florida. His technical knowledge and
experience spans infrastructure virtualization, enterprise
architecture, information security and object-oriented analysis and
development, with a background enriched by years of business process
engineering and managerial experience. His versatility and
analytical problem-solving capabilities have ensured success in a
broad range of efforts.
